Semi-Private Lesson/Rides
Rotten Row in Hyde Park has been the most famous equestrian venue in England for 300 years. There are five miles of bridle ways for riding around Hyde Park and beside the Serpentine Lake, in the most beautiful setting for horse riding in a Capital City anywhere in the world.
Hyde Park Stables offer riding all year round on Horses and Ponies chosen for their safe temperament. The stables cater for riders of all abilities, both adults and children. Beginners are very welcome and riding hats and boots are provided free of charge. Casual clothes can be worn, and previous experience is not necessary.

Once you have made your purchase and received an e-ticket, call the Hyde Park Riding School on 020 7723 2813 with your reference number to book your lesson/ride. They will need to know your height, weight and riding experience.
- The minimum age limit at the stables is 6 years.
- The weight limit is 12½st, 175lb, 75kg.
You must inform the stables when booking of any illness or previous injury that may affect your riding ability. Although we take all reasonable precautions for your safety, You must accept that riding is a risk sport. Please do not overstate your riding ability when booking.
